🍂 Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at our 2025 Fall Fun on the Farm Festival Whitetail Tree Farm in Springport, Indiana!

We’re excited to invite a curated group of vendors to join us for this fun, festive fall tradition on the farm.

🗓 Event Date & Time:
Saturday, September 13, 2025
10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

💵 Vendor Fee:
$25 — due in advance upon approval and non-refundable

⚠️ Important Details:

• This is a juried event—not all applications will be accepted. We only allow one vendor per category (e.g., one boutique, one food truck, one bakery) to ensure variety and help you have a successful day.

• You’ll receive a 10x10 outdoor space.

• Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, and display setup.

• There is no electricity available, so please plan accordingly.

• Set-up can begin as early as needed the morning of the event.

• All vendors must be fully set up by 9:30 a.m. and remain for the full duration of the event, until 6:00 p.m.

• This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event.

• Whitetail Tree Farm is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost, damaged or stolen items at any time.  Vendors participate are required to carry their own insurance and obtain any permits required.
